85 × 210 mm, close to the common door hanger format, with a 45 mm hole that fits standard door handles.
The slot comes in from the side, so the bar above the hole stays closed and carries the load. Lifted, the hanger does not slide off the handle. A mirrored version with the slot on the right fits doors that open the other way.
