The sibling of the door hanger for desks without a door. Two plates of the same width, the same lettering, the same raised print. They lean against each other like a roof, 15° each, and their fingers interlock at the top like a hinge without a pin.
Both plates share one outline. The top edge is split into four fields, fingers in the first and third, gaps in the second and fourth. Turned by 180° every finger drops into a gap of the other plate, so only the lettering tells the two apart. Gravity presses them together at the top, the bevelled foot keeps each plate flat on the table.
One side reads COME IN, the other DO NOT DISTURB. Turn the whole tent round to change the message, or take it apart for the drawer.
The lettering stands 0.8 mm proud. A filament change at that height prints it in a second colour. Font: Anton, SIL Open Font License.
